Please give us a call or e-mail us immediately to be able to edit or cancel your order. Once your order is shipped to you, we cannot cancel and provide you a refund. You need to follow the steps in Returns &Exchanges section to be able to return your product and get a refund.

For domestic orders, all products include the goods and services tax.

For international orders, any customs fees/ additional taxes and costs are customer’s responsibility.

If you prefer not to pay for those additional cost, your order should be sent back to DOS with additional shipping costs to be deducted from your final refund.
